You will work with nature's elements and also practice outside, go on walks, and explore the wine areas.

Our retreat offers a variety of activities that allow you to connect with nature, hiking, vineyard visiting and our amazing private SPA.

Our retreat includes daily yoga and meditation classes to help you ground yourself in the present moment and find inner peace.

In addition to physical activities, our retreat also offers opportunities for spiritual growth and self-exploration. We offer body movement classes with Diane and a Cacao Ceremony to help you open your heart and listen to your inner voice.

We believe that what you put into your body is just as important as your physical practice, which is why we offer delicious organic meals that are locally sourced and thoughtfully prepared.

Our organic food is carefully selected and prepared by our in-house chefs to provide you with a nourishing and healthy culinary experience. All meals are included in your package, and we are happy to accommodate any dietary restrictions.

Our retreat home is designed to provide you with a serene and peaceful atmosphere for your time out. Our rooms are comfortable and cozy, and our communal spaces offer plenty of opportunities to connect with other guests.

Villa Monastero

Covering an area of around 450 m², our Villa is a beautifully restored former monastery dating from the 1500s.

It consists of two separate parts: the Grand Salle, which on the ground floor comprises the monastery’s former refectory, transformed into a splendid 200m2 room for dinners and receptions, and a 19th-century addition, where the bedrooms, bathrooms, cinema room, spa/hammam and reception area are located.

With a surface area of 200m², the Grande Salle Monastère occupies the building’s former refectory. You can enjoy the beauty of this historic site as part of the activities you organise in our Villa. Our Great Hall includes a kitchen area, a dining area and a lounge area.

Our swimming pool is the ideal place to enjoy the pleasures of outdoor life: a revitalising swim, a rejuvenating sunbath or simply a quiet moment by the water. Nestled in the heart of our outdoor space, our pool is heated to guarantee your comfort in all seasons. The external pool is equipped with a system that allows music to be played both under and above the water, making it ideal for aquatic therapy.

Our spa offers a sauna, a steam bath, and a jacuzzi pool for a complete and delightful detox experience.
Massage treatments can be organized upon request.

During this retreat, daily nourishing homemade brunch, an authentic Tapas food evening, daily seasonal homemade dinner, water, coffee, teas, smoothies, fruits, and snacks are all included.

The retreat includes a daily buffet-style breakfast with freshly baked bread, jams, cheeses, freshly cut fruits, vegetable slices, eggs, delicious organic teas, coffee, fruit-infused water, natural freshly baked pastries, and much more.

Vegan and gluten-free meals are available upon request.

Travel Logistics
We offer transfer services for both arrival and departure, with the price of €120 per transfer for Turin Caselle airport / Turin Porta Nuova Trainstation and €150 for Milano Malpensa airport. Upon your arrival, the driver will be waiting for you with a sign displaying your name. Transfers are by mini bus for up to 8 people.

By plane
To get to Retreat Monferrato by plane, the nearest airports are Turin and Milan. Turin Airport is approximately 50 minutes and Milan Airport is about 1 hour and 40 minutes away by car.

By train
The closest train stations to Retreat Monferrato are Asti Trainstation and Torino Porta Nuova in Turin. The Asti train station is approximately 35 minutes from Retreat Monferrato by car, while Torino Porta Nuova is about one hour away.

By car
For guests arriving at Retreat Monferrato by car, we provide an electric vehicle charging station, as well as a spacious parking area situated next to the property. You are welcome to park your car without any extra charges.
